Quick time, quick time girl - singt Simple Plan in seinem Sommerhit von 2012, und man könnte meinen, er meint unsere Nicole.
Unser Organisationstalent stammt aus dem Herzen des Schwarzwalds, wo sie jetzt auch mit Mann, Kindern, Eltern und Schwiegereltern lebt. Sie kam 2008 mit einer fundierten touristischen Ausbildung zu uns und ist sehr loyal: Wir haben zusammen ihre zwei Kinder bekommen und immer eine Lösung gefunden, wie sie weiterhin im Team mitwirken kann.
Nicole ist wirklich unser "quick time girl" und sich für keine administrative oder operative Arbeit zu schade. Und wie das Mamis so an sich haben, arbeitet sie immens schnell, zählt nie Stunden und ist immer verfügbar für uns.
Wir glauben, wir haben so eine win-win Lösung "outside the box" für sie und uns gestrickt. Denn Nicole unterstützt das Vertriebsteam und hält ihnen den Rücken frei – ein immens wichtiger Job, damit unser Business-Konstrukt funktionieren kann. Unser Schwarzwaldmädel arbeitet im Home Office und kommt einmal pro Woche ins Städle zu uns ins Büro.
